Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, a lawyer and seasoned politician, has served as a legislator in the Parliament of Ghana since 2005. Representing the people of Tamale South in the Northern Region, he is admired for his eloquence, logical reasoning, and pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues.

Hon. Iddrisu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Barrister-at-Law certificate from the Ghana School of Law. He has been a member of the Ghana Bar Association since 2002, demonstrating considerable expertise in law and public policy.
Political Career
In December 2004, Hon. Iddrisu won his first parliamentary election and has since been a key figure in Ghana’s legislature. He served as the Minority Leader in Parliament from January 2017 to January 2023 and was a member of the Parliamentary Service Board during the same period.
