The Ghana Publishing Company Limited (GPCL) has launched a new online platform, e-Gazette, allowing citizens and institutions to apply for gazettes conveniently from anywhere in the country. The initiative is part of GPCL’s digital transformation agenda and its commitment to improving access to authentic gazette services.
The e-Gazette platform eliminates the need for manual submissions through post offices or physical visits to GPCL offices, providing a secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital experience. Key features of the platform include online application and document submission, secure payment systems for transactions, and mobile responsiveness to ensure accessibility across devices.
This digital upgrade supports the Government of Ghana’s 24-Hour Economy vision, positioning GPCL as a public service institution offering uninterrupted access to essential services.
To ensure users navigate the platform effectively, GPCL has launched the Gazette 360 Campaign, an ongoing public education and outreach programme aimed at guiding citizens through the application process.
With the e-Gazette platform now fully operational, GPCL has reaffirmed its commitment to innovation, transparency, and continuous service delivery in support of national development.
The Corporate Affairs Department of GPCL issued the announcement, emphasising the company’s dedication to enhancing citizen access to official gazette services across Ghana.
