Dr Eric Oduro Osae has officially exited his role as Director-General of the Internal Audit Agency (IAA), marking the end of his tenure at the institution.
In a statement issued on April 17, 2025, Dr Osae announced his departure, expressing gratitude to stakeholders for their support and collaboration during his time in office.
“I want to use this opportunity to thank all of you for the support, advice, and the opportunity to be of service to God and country,” he stated.
Dr. Osae, a governance and public financial management expert, has played a key role in strengthening Ghana’s internal audit systems.
His leadership at the IAA has been instrumental in advancing transparency and accountability in public financial management.
